The Mayor of Madrid visits Los Berrocales to announce the SUMA PLAN

José Luis Martínez-Almeida, the Mayor of Madrid, visited Los Berrocales today to announce the SUMA Plan, a new municipal housing programme that aims to promote the construction of subsidized housing in which Los Berrocales will play a leading role as the most advanced project in terms of management and urban planning of Developments in the Southeast.

Located on the city’s southeastern edge and representing a model for the future that features public and private collaboration, Los Berrocales continues to take firm steps towards making 22,000 new residences available to citizens, half of which will be under some kind of government protection.
