The Compensation Board is a Collaborating Urban Planning Entity, as established in Art. 24.2 of the Urban Development Management Regulations, with its own legal personality and full capacity to achieve its goals, through which the owners representing at least 50% of the total area of the project area accept execution of the town planning project and will go ahead with the distribution of benefits and charges arising from the approach.
