Visit of the WIRES Association to Los Berrocales

The Board of Compensation of Los Berrocales welcomed the Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES) Association to the site today. A group of about 30 members of the Association spent the morning with the Manager and the technical team of Los Berrocales. In a presentation at the Board’s offices and a subsequent visit to the urban planning works, Association members received a firsthand account of the status of the works and the magnitude of the Los Berrocales project.

WIRES is an association of female directors and managers in the real estate world that aims to increase the visibility of women in the industry, improve their executive careers and boost their participation in the decision-making bodies of real estate companies and organizations.

WIRES actively collaborates with public administrations, institutions and organizations, as well as other influential associations in the industry, through strategic partnerships and participation in observatories, public-private agreements and panels of experts to help forge alliances and work for the improvement of the economy and the industry.

As a cross-cutting association, WIRES has experts working in a wide range of disciplines such as developers, asset managers, fund managers, REITs, law firms, engineering and architecture professionals and real estate consultants.
